Ingredients
10 ounces Frozen spinach, thawed
8 ounces Finely chopped water chestnuts
3/4 cup Chopped scallion
1 pkg. Vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Loaf round sourdough bread; hollowed out, reserving bread pieces
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except bread. Cover and chill overnight. Pour mixture into bread bowl. Serve with reserved bread pieces and raw vegetables.
