Wonderful.
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes)
1 8oz Pkg cream cheese, softened
1 4oz Pkg blue cheese crumbles
3/4 cup Real mayonnaise
2/3 cup Chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup Minced fresh basil or parsley
Place tomatoes in a small bowl and boiling water to cover and let sit 30 minutes. Drain and chop; set aside.
Beat cream cheese and blue cheese with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in tomatoes, mayo, pecans and basil.
Refrigerate.
**I prefer to serve it with french bread slices. Crackers are nice, too.
