Hummus-Chickpeas with Tahini
Preparation
Puree the chickpeas in a blender.
Add the lemon juice and the garlic to the mix.
Add the tahini and blend to a creamy paste. Add some water if the mix is too thick.
Add the salt for taste.
Pour the creamy mix into a serving dish and dribble olive oil over the surface. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Serve as a dip with pita bread.
