Ingredients

1 cup Butter, melted and cooled
3/4 cup Buttermilk
2 cups Whole wheat flour
2 cups Whole rolled oats
1/2 cup Applesauce
¾ cup Honey
1 Egg
1 t. Sea salt
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Vanilla
1 cup Coconut, raisins, chocolate chips or dried fruit

Preparation

1. Mix together the 1st 4 ingredients. If desired, soak overnight.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients.Mix well.

3. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

4. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes

1 cup of melted butter sounds like A LOT... is that correct?
