This smoothie is a great pick me up with protein and lots of vitamin C!

Ingredients

2 tbs Tahini

1 Ripe banana

1 cup Low fat plain yogurt

1 cup Pineapple juice

1 Papaya

Preparation

Remove seeds from medium sized papaya, scoop out meat with spoon and place in blender with rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
