Ingredients

1 c. Milk
Ice cubes
1 tbl. Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1 Pk. Sugar free hot cocoa mix
OR
1 tbl. Chocolate syrup

Preparation

In the blender measure milk to equal 1 cup. (there should be measurments on the side of your blender) Then add ice cubes, my daughter likes it thick so I add about 1/2 a tray of ice. Add the peanut butter, banana and the chocolate. Blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

Cook's Notes

Analysis using nonfat milk and calcium-fortified cocoa packet. Total calcium content would be about 308mg/serving if prepared with chocolate syrup.

This looks really good. I think I will try it with Carnation Instant Breakfast mix. My kids are picky eaters, so they need all the vitamins they can get! :-)
