This makes a wonderful quick breakfast or snack! It is very difficult to get my daughter to eat enough low-fat dairy, but she loves this smoothie!

Ingredients
1 c. Milk
Ice cubes
1 tbl. Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1 Pk. Sugar free hot cocoa mix
OR
1 tbl. Chocolate syrup
Preparation
In the blender measure milk to equal 1 cup. (there should be measurments on the side of your blender) Then add ice cubes, my daughter likes it thick so I add about 1/2 a tray of ice. Add the peanut butter, banana and the chocolate. Blend until smooth.
