My 8 yr old son just made this for his sisters & I for breakfast & it is delicious. We would add more peanut butter (but we LOVE pb). And we used chocolate syrup. My son can't wait to make this for his dad, who is out of town, when he gets home. YUMMY!!

By looking at the ingredients, and amounts, I would think 4 approx 1 cup servings. Chocolate (low fat )syrup could sub for the pudding. I've made this many times for my g-kids....they love it!
