Get on the path to a healthier you

This free, three-week program is designed by registered dietitians as a way for you to keep your New Year’s Resolutions and make positive changes in your nutrition and fitness habits in the coming year.

The holiday season accounts for much of a person’s annual weight gain over the course of a lifetime. So, the New Year is the perfect time to evaluate your current habits, shed any lingering holiday weight gain and set your goals for being healthier.

During the Nutrition and Fitness Challenge our weekly email communications, daily blog posts, expert tips and online tools will guide you through the steps that will help you reach your personal goals.
