A healthy shopping list is a smart, time-saving tool. It saves
you time in the store and when you follow a healthy shopping list it means healthier
eating—and no more forgotten favorites! Creating a healthy shopping list also means
there's less chance for expensive and unhealthy impulse buying. With our online

on a regular basis.
You can add your household staple items and you can select favorite recipes from
the database and send the ingredients to your stored healthy shopping list. You
can even create separate shopping lists for different occasions. So, for instance,
if you purchase the same basic ingredients every year for Thanksgiving or a family
member's birthday dinner, you can create separate shopping lists for each meal and
it will be stored for you to use again next year. When you are finished adding ingredients
