Official Rules:

  1. How to enter: Visit www.mealsmatter.org and sign-up for the Nutrition & Fitness Challenge on the Registration/User Information page. The Nutrition & Fitness Challenge begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time (PST), January 7, 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PST), February 1, 2008. Limit one reward per participant. Participants must sign-up for the Nutrition & Fitness Challenge by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on January 14, 2008. No purchase is necessary.
    Dairy Council of California (DCC) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this contest should viruses, "bugs," unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DCC corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or conduct of this promotion. "Releasees" (as defined below) are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Releasees are not responsible for technical, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions.

  2. Eligibility and Conditions: Eligibility and Conditions: Participants must be 18 years of age or older by January 7, 2008 and a legal resident of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Employees and families of DCC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Participants agree that Sponsor and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their agents, employees, officers, directors and shareholders (collectively, &quuot;Releasees") assume no liability for damages, losses or injuries resulting from participation in this contest, acceptance/use of any prize, or arising out of Sponsor’s use of any entry. Void where prohibited.

  3. Details:Participants must sign-up for the Nutrition & Fitness Challenge by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on January 14, 2008, and complete all three weeks of the Nutrition & Fitness Challenge by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on February 1, 2008. Completion of the Nutrition & Fitness Challenge will be determined by participants clicking through to at least one link in each step contained in the weekly email or on the site for all three weeks. Participants will be tracked using cookies or by the participant logging into the site. Eligible participants will be entered in a drawing for one of five $200 gift cards to a grocery store.

  4. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail. No prize transfers, substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion.

  5. Rewards: Five winners will each receive a $200 gift certificate to a grocery store located near the winner, as selected by Sponsor. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1000. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, and dollars spent above and beyond the amount stated on the gift certificate. Certificates subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon.

  6. Use of Name: By accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, hometown and biographical information by DCC, or its affiliates or agents, without compensation, in perpetuity.

  7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.

  8. Winners: All winners will be notified via email by March 2008.
